Sandi0805 #2 NSD SPELLING CHALLENGE- WINNER
Thanks to everyone that participated. Great layouts as usual. The winner of the 1,000 points is: MESSA09.
NSD is finally here (well technically tomorrow). I have decided to do a spelling challenge.
So in honor of National Scrapbook Day, I have chosen the words "ACOT NSD FUN". You must either pick a manufacturer, the name of an item or the name of a color (ex: enamel dot for an E or Doodlebug for a D or Y for yellow) for each letter of the word. You can not use the same item twice on the layout. (Meaning, if there are two E's then enamel dots can only be used once). You can use the same manufacturer more than once though. For example, MME paper for the letter M and MME enamel dots for an E. Hope this makes sense. Any questions ask here on the thread or pm me.
Since the "U" is not the easiest letter, you may switch it for any letter of your choice. Please list what letter you are switching for.
BONUS ENTRY: If you do use the "U" then you will get an extra entry.
Here are the rules: We gotta have them.
1. Must be a new. Layouts only. Can be paper or digital.
2. Must post to this thread and the gallery. I will be making a spot for the challenge.
3. Must be posted to this thread by midnight Friday, May 13, 2016.
4. Only one entry allowed.
5. There will be no combining with any other challenges.
6. A 2 page layout will count as one entry and items can be on one page only or on both.
7. You must list your items to be counted in the drawing.
Winner will be random chosen from entries. I will be giving 1,000 points to the random chosen winner.
Can't wait to see what everyone creates. Have fun!!!!

Not sure how I missed this in the NSD master list. I wonder what else I've missed. Last time I try to do household and outdoor chores during NSD! Ha Ha!

Re: Sandi0805 #2 NSD SPELLING CHALLENGE
Got it done before the deadline! YEAH! Spelling challenges always make me think - but I even managed a "U" item.
Americana acrylic paint; Arrow stamp
Canvas Corp paper (I used the back side - they're very heavy weight so great for mixed media)
October Afternoon label Stickers
Teal metallic paint (mixed with modeling paste for the stencil work); teal ink
Number stamp (Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous set)
Stamps, Stencils, Stickers
Dictionary paper
Faber Castel glaze; Flowers
Uni-ball Signo white pen (shadow work on the stencil shapes)
Notecard for journaling (Chic Tags)
