Fast Scrap #4, Pull-Up Treats, edited with WINNER

Post by debamas »

Winner, randomly picked is Stateless! Thankyou so much for doing my fast scrap. Hope is of use to you!

Points sprinkled to all participants!

Come on in and get started! You'll need to have your papers cut, scored and glued. Posting these pics to help you along. I'll check in for any questions.

!. Score 6 x7 cardstock at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2" on the 6" side.
Image

2. Score the smaller cardstock at the 2 3/4" and 5 1/2 " This one was cut 2 1/2 by 6 1/2. It will wrap around the larger piece.

Image

3. Apply Sticky strip to the 1/2" strip on large piece, sticky strip to bottom...it folds over to make a pouch. I used my ATG but it's not as strong as the strip types but will do pretty good.

Image

4. Fold the band piece of cardstock and glue around the pouch.
Image

5. Punch a hole/slot in the middle of top part of your pouch. I used my ribbon to measure this slot. It has to allow the ribbon to pass through

ImageImage

6. Decorate the front, add a tag or whatever you want to make it an attractive gift.

7. After doing your tag, place ribbon through the slots, push the candy bar down into pouch with ribbon UNDER the candy bar. Tie off at the top with the candy all the way down. To pull the candy bar out, simply pull on the ribbon bow or knot...NO need to untie!

Here's mine Debbie. I forgot to get the candy bar and my snack bars don't fit, so I put some bling in mine. Great to use as a gift for a scrappy friend.

Also, great job on the tutorial.
