I'm using an oval scallop punch and trimming the sides down. And I have a snowflake punh I can use.

okay, so you mentioned using a cricut cart to cut out the balloons. Which one was that. I have a couple of layouts where I need balloons, so it would be great if you could tell me which one. (is there more than one?)

I just looked and the celebrations cartridge has balloons.

I just re-looked and George has a balloon also. So does SYI (Stretch Your Imagination).

Gosh, these are beautiful flowers Juliana!

And I was thinking that (I skipped all of page 5 on this thread, so slap me if someone already said this) a circle punch cut fringey around the edges would work for that center too, wouldn't it?
