This is a questionairre for any new Cherries that want to participate!

We here at ACOT would love to get to know more about you and this seems like a fun way to do it. Of course we also encourage you starting a thread and introducing yourself, this is just a fun little tool to help you get started!

How did you find ACOT?? I googled subscription boxes after Christmas to see what was out there. ACOT popped up and I read all the great reviews, so I thought I would try it it for a month.

What technique would you like to learn? More altered art styles

How many photos do you usually place on a layout?Always different

Are you into digital or paper layouts? Paper all the way

What page/theme are you working on right now (or did you complete most recently)?

Hi, I’m Kim and I found the site almost 2 years ago when I ordered a couple collections. I just discovered the message board while looking for inspiration. I’m up to learning anything…might take me a bit but I can usually catch on, ha! All paper layouts. I’m currently working on camping pictures..but I tend to bounce around. I do have my own scrap room. I’ve never been to a crop but I am looking forward to NSB…is that considered a crop? Creeps - Bugs. Can’t do bugs. I’m an early bird but not by choice. I have to get up early for work…and now my dogs are used to waking up early and think breakfast is at 5:00am 7 days a week. I love wine Looking forward to learning new tips and tricks!

I had to laugh at your doggie breakfast comment....I've got 3 dogs myself (2 are Pyradors - great pyranese/lab mixes) and they too think breakfast is at 5:30 every day! They sure don't understand sleeping in when there is food involved!

I usually go for solo photos, but have been known to put 2 or 3 in an LO... 

Are you into digital or paper layouts?
Paper... totally addicted to paper and glue!

I just completed a page that combined 3 November challenges... "Drop Dead Gorgeous"
But I am also working on a few mini books and folios for friends.

Nope... space restrictions have placed me in an improvised table on the corner of my living room...lol

Yes, here in Brazil I have gone to many crops, although it has been a long time and I am yearning for new crops!

Both... I sleep late, rise early and, of course, sleep little...

Before I do the questionnaire, I have a question: During the week of NSD, one of my layouts  was picked as layout of the week.  I thought the little badge would appear in my signature, but it never did.  Do I need to do something?

What technique would you like to learn?
I have learned so many techniques, and I can’t think of one that I need to learn.
My favorites are with stencils.

Are you into digital or paper layouts?
paper layouts, because I have so much paper I doubt if I ever use it by the time I leave this earth.  LOL

What page/theme are you working on right now (or did you complete most recently)?
I am working on a heritage album for my sister.  The amount of photos I have from our parents, and grandparents is overwhelming!

Do you have your own scrap room?
yes, designed by my husband, and yes I am spoiled.

Have you ever been to a crop, either online or in real life? 
yes, both virtual and in real life.  Virtually since the pandemic, but before went to many 4 day weekend retreats.

What gives you the creeps?
bugs.

Are you a night-owl or an early-bird?
I always was a night owl before retirement, had to be to craft in middle of night, since I worked daytime hours.
Since retirement, I am an early bird.

What is your favorite "It's 5 o'clock somewhere" beverage?
Hot tea all day long.  

How many photos do you usually place on a layout?
3or 4.  I recently have been doing single photo layouts.

I enjoy this site, because it has so many challenges and inspiration.  I would appreciate any tips on how to keep challenges all in one place.  I know there is a the place that says all of them, like June Master list under challenges, under message board, but sometimes after I do the challenge, I can’t find it again. LOL. 
Little by little I am finding my way around.

How did you find ACOT?? What technique would you like to learn? I have been a long-time customer with ACOT and absolutely love it here. The pre-order reels me right in! I would like to learn more mini album techniques!

How many photos do you usually place on a layout? Usually 1-2 but I'm known to throw in more for a challenge!

Are you into digital or paper layouts? Paper- 12x12 and mini albums

What page/theme are you working on right now (or did you complete most recently)? I just finished up a school layout of my son!

Do you have your own scrap room? Yes, I am lucky to have a large craft room that used to be my hair salon and is now my craft room/playroom for my three kiddos.

Have you ever been to a crop, either online or in real life?  Yes- so much fun! I haven't been to an in-person crop for awhile though and I'm missing my scrappy friends!

What gives you the creeps? Stink Bugs and Ticks. I legit cannot sleep if I know there's a stink bug in the house and ticks are just nasty little things.

Are you a night-owl or an early-bird? Night Owl- I do my absolute best creative thinking after midnight!

What is your favorite "It's 5 o'clock somewhere" beverage? Cherry Coke made with grenadine and real cherries on top!
